Is it possible to make changes or cancel my order once it has been placed?
If you need to update the details of your order, please send us an email at hiramasayu.skin@gmail.com with your order number as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist you. Please be advised that we cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate your request.
Are returns or exchanges available for your products?
We hope that you enjoy our products just like how we love creating them to you. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please note that we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date you received your skincare products. We kindly ask that you have given them a fair trial before opting for a return.
Please send an email to hiramasayu.skin@gmail.com within this specified timeframe so that we can assist you.
We suggest returning the product via registered post and that you pre-pay all postage fees. You will be responsible for any risk of loss, theft, or damage to the goods during transit, so we recommend insuring your parcel.
If you are returning an item that was part of a discounted set or bundle, please note that you will not receive the full price of that individual item. The refund amount will be adjusted accordingly.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
How much is the shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on orders over RM80 within Peninsular Malaysia, while a flat rate of RM7 applies to orders below that threshold. For Sabah and Sarawak, we offer free shipping on orders over RM150, while a flat rate of RM14 applies to orders below that.
How long is the shipping time?
Your order will ship within 2-3 business days (Monday-Friday). Totalling 3-5 business days from order placement, including processing and shipping time.
*Please note that unforeseen delays within postal networks may extend this time frame.
ABOUT THE PRODUCTS
What is the recommended order for using your products?
Note that there is a shape printed at the front of the packaging, the one with least strokes start first. For example, there is a square (4 strokes) on BCE Essence and a hexagon (6 strokes) on HyaloPeptide Cream, the sequence will be BCE Essence then HyaloPeptide Cream.
Are the bottles can be recycled?
Yes, they are made from Polypropylene (PP) plastic.
What is the shelf life of the products?
The expiration date are printed at the bottol of packaging. The products last for 2 years from manufacturing, if stored at cool and dry place without direct sunlight. You may choose to use the product at your own risk after expiration date. Typically, the product remains safe for use beyond the date.
Are the products cruelty free?
Yes, they are cruelty free.
